Child-Parent Therapy
Child-parent therapy is a supportive psychotherapy that focuses on the relationship between a baby/toddler/child and one or both of his/her parents. The therapist works with the parent/s and child together to improve the parent-child relationship and promote healthy attachment and child development.
Child-parent therapy may address infant sleep issues, feeding difficulties, anxiety, and restlessness. It can also be effective in addressing parent's anxiety and uncertainty about parenthood.
Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) Groups
We are currently recruiting for the Circle of Security Parenting program. This group helps parents and caregivers:
Understand their child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
Enhance the development of their child's self esteem
Honour the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure
Please watch this video for more information, or call today to find out more about available groups.
